Just wanted to extend my thanks to you regarding the changes in Bolt's behaviour since your visit two months ago.

There has been a complete (and I mean complete) turn-around in his manic, obsessive behaviour and constant barking, and we're now enjoying a calm, happy and content member of our family.

I was impressed with your 'no-nonsense', straight-forward approach, which has been easy to reinforce since your visit.

Thanks again for allowing us to enjoy Bolt more, and for giving us a happier dog all-round!
