Hi Ian,

Just wanted to say thanks!!  Dale was a fabulous help today.  He explained everything very clearly to us and was able to demonstrate some great techniques that we’re sure will help us in dealing with some of the challenges we had started to face with Monty!!

Monty reacted and responded very well to Dale, so we are all feeling a little nervous about whether we will be as successful as he was with the techniques we saw.  Time will tell but so far so good this afternoon!
