Within seconds of Tom meeting our dog Penny, he had her responding to his commands. The method that was used was tough but fair and tailored to our puppy. In this, we knew that we were really getting a quality service and not someone who has just read a couple of books.

We were also told that Tom was a King at training Groodles and we were not disappointed.

Within an hour he had Penny sitting and staying in the same spot while we moved around. Tom is a lovely person who I would highly recommend to train your dog. He is extremely knowledgeable and makes you feel at ease knowing that you are in the right hands. His follow up service is also second to none.
