Hello Ian

I just wanted to let you know that myself and my family were blown away by Dale and the incredibly useful advice given to us.

We are first time pet owners (I'd never even touched a dog before this week!) so needed all the help we could get. 

He was calm, assertive and covered all of our concerns and queries satisfactorily.  Even though it seems like 'tough love', I'm hoping this translates to a happy dog (and family!) in the future.
