Several weeks before we were due to pick up our new pup, Scooter, I had found Ian on the internet and arranged a training visit for a few days after our homecoming.

It was obvious from the outset that Ian was an outstanding dog trainer with deep knowledge and experience about animal behaviour. As soon as Scooter was in Ian's presence he would immediately calm down, pay attention and behave incredibly well.

Ian set us on the right track from the start with simple, no-nonsense, easy-to-follow instructions. We were taught how to get Scooter to sit, drop, stay, come, and walk beautifully on-lead. Ian taught us how to prevent and stop any unwanted behaviours such as excessive chewing, barking or jumping up.

We also found it extremely convenient because Ian visited us and we did not have to attend any puppy classes – and, it only took 2 visits to bring out the best in Scooter. Now we have a lovely, well-behaved 6-month old pup who will be a wonderful companion for many years to come.
