Tom was absolutely amazing and taught us everything we need to know. Oliver is a little shellshocked but we're so much more confident!

Tom came to visit Bailey after 1 week at his new home & transformed his bad behaviour in just one 2hr session.

Ian lives up to the hype/reviews. The immediate change in Kira's behaviour after 5 minutes with Ian was insane.

Just want to say how happy I am with the help Dale gave me with tips on training my new puppy last Friday.

Dale was calm, assertive and covered all of our concerns and queries satisfactorily.  Even though it seems like 'tough love', I'm hoping this translates to a happy dog (and family!) in the future.

My golden retriever Sabre is a great dog. He needed to learn some manners and with Ian's training and knowledge Sabre is now a very well behaved, friendly, happy, puppy.

Millie at this stage is so well behaved and sound asleep.  Like it or not you are now a part of our family!! 

It is the best money we have ever spent and far exceeds the 'puppy school' experience we previously attended with our last dog.

Dale was fantastic with our dog Ellie.  He explained and showed us what works and true to his word it is already starting to have an impact on Ellie.

Wanted to thank you for sending Dale the human whisperer to train my family... Within 30 seconds he had taught her to stop nipping our young children.

Within seconds of Tom meeting our dog Penny, he had her responding to his commands. The method that was used was tough but fair and tailored to our puppy. In this, we knew that we were really getting a quality service and not someone who has just read a couple of books.

Tom just did a brilliant job with all of us (including in training my children to interact well with Cooper), and Cooper has been a fabulous dog ever since.

Max is a different dog - can't believe it! He is so settled and well behaved.  Walking is a dream and he hasn't guarded anything.

Your advice was brilliant after sales service and beyond what you often receive these days. We really appreciated it and in conjunction with your earlier, quality one on one training you gave both her and us from the outset, we have had a lovely first summer with our first little four legged friend.
